Texans are facing challenges due to the current shutdown, and just like many communities across the country, working-class families are showing up for one another. To express our gratitude for your community efforts, the Texas Progressive Caucus (TXPC) is excited to announce a special giveaway.*

By donating your time, money, or food to a local Texas food bank, you can enter for a chance to receive a small token of appreciation from TXPC.

To participate, you can either submit your entry using the TXPC Food Bank Support Initiative form OR documentation can be submitted via social media or email at i[email protected].

When submitting your documentation via social media or email:

• Submit a photo or screenshot of you volunteering or documentation confirming your completed volunteer shift at a Texas food bank, 
• Submit a photo or screenshot of your monetary donation to a Texas food bank, or
• Submit a photo or screenshot of you delivering food to a Texas food bank or an official collection site.

Note: Food banks include both religious and secular mutual aid organizations focused on community support. Only *one* entry per person. 

*This giveaway is not intended as an incentive to encourage participation; rather, it is simply our way of showing appreciation to community members who are already contributing their time, resources, and efforts to help their neighbors.
