There are multiple Progressive Caucuses, each working in separate fields. Below are the types of Progressive Caucuses & how they work together:
Texas Democratic Party (TDP)
Strengthening State & Local Party organizing is the main focus of the Texas Progressive Caucus (TXPC). While the TXPC will work on elections and actively work with other progressive caucuses and allied groups, its primary focus is building & strengthening the Democratic Party in Texas.

Texas Legislature (TLCP)
The Texas Legislative Progressive Caucus (TLPC) works within the TX Legislature to build progressive power and in support of progressive policy.
Leadership: Elected by TLCP members.
Congress (CPC)
The Congressional Progressive Caucus (CPC) works to push progressivism within the halls of Congress.
Leadership: Elected by CPC members.
National Democratic Party Progressive Network
The TXPC is an active member of the State Democratic Party Progressive Network. Many other U.S. states have their own progressive caucus. The network strategizes and works together to build & strengthen the national Democratic Party.
Locals
The TXPC goal is to build and strengthen the infrastructure of the Texas Democratic Party. At present, TXPC does not have any official local chapters or affiliated groups.
