    I,m a Virginian not A Texan, but strongly favor RCV at all levels of civic voting.


    Regarding the DNC,S consideration to ban RCV in primaries is wrong!!


    RCV needs to be the only way of voting so that final winners for any office truly represent the majority of that district, or any other official group of voters
