Currently, it is not allowed for Conventions (from State Conventions to District Conventions to replace SDEC members) to be hybrid meetings. As it is the 21st Century, we call for changing any necessary rules to allow for Conventions to be hybrid to increase accessibility, increase engagement, and to not limit attendance and participation to just those with the economic means to attend Conventions.
