SDEC Oversight of Elections

The TDP uses excel spreadsheets to tally votes. However, sometimes mathematical mistakes are made within the spreadsheets themselves. These errors are not usually related to data input, rather about how the data is processed. The SDEC should have greater oversight over these vote tallying spreadsheets to ensure their mathematical formulas are accurate under every circumstance.
